I have worked in healthcare for 22 years in a variety of different operational roles and special projects.  My role at Certus is to use my passion for providing quality healthcare experience, treating patients/residents with compassionate service, and inspiring our caregivers to bring excellence to their roles; in an effort to bring our mission to life and continuously grow our business.  My Masters Degree in Strategic Intelligence allows me to work with other key Certus leaders to continuously review and improve our approach to excellence in Long Term Care.
